A brief introduction into the skills required to qualify as a Professional Process Controller
14:15 – 15:15 “Soft Skills” required to move into true Professionalism (by FS)
Taking the EISA requirements as our new baseline we open up a discussion as to the “soft skills” required to develop someone who have just qualified as a Process Controller into a well-rounded Professional Process Controller
